Specialty projects require a different kind of project management, one that understands both the construction schedule and the fabrication timeline. We manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders while coordinating between the general contractor, specialty subcontractors, and the scenic fabrication team to keep all parties aligned and the project moving forward.

When scenic elements arrive on site, we're there. We provide qualified on-site oversight during the installation of specialty fabricated elements, verifying that work is executed per approved submittals, coordinating with the general contractor's superintendent, and documenting progress and issues in real time.

Dimensional discrepancies between design drawings and field conditions are one of the most common sources of cost overruns on specialty projects. We conduct thorough site surveys, measuring, documenting, and reporting existing conditions, so fabricators can build to reality, not just to drawings.

Owners of specialty projects often lack the in-house expertise to evaluate the technical claims of contractors and fabricators. We serve as the owner's technical representative, reviewing bids, evaluating change orders, attending progress meetings, and ensuring the owner's interests are protected at every stage of the project.

The most complex coordination challenges on specialty projects occur at the interface between base building construction and specialty systems. We manage these interfaces, coordinating structural embeds, MEP rough-ins, and finish tolerances so that scenic elements install cleanly into the constructed environment.
